Phase 1: Core Story Intensive

  • “I know what I am good at and where I want to go, why do I have such a hard time articulating this in a compelling way?”


    This is so common for people who are close to their work. It’s really hard to see yourself from an outside perspective and share what’s in your head, or your day-to day, in a way that feels meaningful and working towards your goals. So this is where we begin. 

    Your Core Story sounds simple: it’s a written narrative that acts as the foundation of what you do and why it matters. It is a compelling, emotional narrative that drives connection, trust and why you are distinct. 

    But, wow, is it hard to develop on your own. Good news is, you don’t have to!

  • Via a 90 minute Zoom call, I will interview you. I’ll send you some sample questions ahead of time so you can think about them. The best part of this interview is that you just have to share what’s in your head, no additional prep work is needed. We’ll cover your work history, what motivates you, your goals, and how you do what you do. Every detail counts towards crafting your unique story.

    • Before our call, I do a thorough online audit of how you are presented in the digital world. I use this information to assure that, in the end, your story aligns across all digital platforms, in writing and in person. 

    • I’ll also send you a checklist of possible communications you could share with me: newsletters, blog posts, testimonials etc that I might not be able to access.

    • Within ten days, I will send you a brand new written version of your core story. It will include the why and how you do your work, who it’s for, your values, and what sets you apart. It will highlight emotional connections and details that your ideal clients will resonate with. It will be written from the viewpoint of where you are headed, with a celebration of where you have been. All of this information will ground your work in a distinct set of values that you can use to refine and plan your visual marketing strategy.

    I’ll also send you some versions of an elevator pitch that you can start using and refining as you move through life. 

    • And last but not least, you’ll get a list of key themes you can use to share your story with your clients to build trust. 

    We’ll review everything in one more 60-minute Zoom session, to assure that it all reads, feels and sounds right to you. Plus, we can go over how to start implementing all of this immediately. 

  • The cost for the full Core Story Intensive is $750.

    You are responsible for a 90-minute Zoom interview and a 60 minute Zoom follow up.

    If you’d like to add a short portrait session it is $975. (20 minute session at location of choice, 1-2 edited portraits, $350 value)

Phase 2:

  • What you get: Editorial Direction + Visual critique + Guidance for Independent Execution

    How are you being understood through your online presence?
    Now that your core story is defined—and your goals are clear—we’ll evaluate how well your online presence reflects both. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, and where alignment can be strengthened.

    I’ll review your website and social platforms for clarity, cohesion, and consistency between your messaging and visuals. The audit will take place over Zoom.

    You will receive a document over email with all of the details of your audit within ten days of the Zoom session with these details, in addition to a 60 minute Zoom Call to review: 

    • Full website + social + marketing deliverable review

    • Messaging consistency check against Core Story

    • Visual assessment (tone, imagery, quality)

    • SWOT Analysis: What’s working / what’s not on each platform

    • Basic SEO Recommendations

    • Prioritized recommendations to align messaging with text and image

    • Basic editorial direction plan 

    • Recommendations for online tools 

    Time & Money:

    • 60 minute Follow Up Call to review your Story + Visual Alignment Audit

    • The information from the Audit can be used for self-directed improvements at your own pace.

    • Total Cost $900

  • What you get: Detailed Editorial Calendar + Aligned Voice and Visuals + Monthly Support and Accountability

    Now that your core story is clear, we’ll use it to guide your content so it becomes consistent, easy to maintain, and clearly communicates what you do and why it matters—helping you reach your goals. This storytelling becomes the backbone of your editorial calendar, which is the nuts and bolts plan for how you are sharing your work, online and in person.

    First, I will conduct a Story + Visual Alignment Audit as outlined above.

    Next, we will identify key themes that align with your goals for the next 6 months. 

    After that, I’ll build the framework for a robust, nimble editorial calendar that unburdens your mind so you can do what you’re good at. The goal is to have 70% of it planned, and leave room for organic ideas. We will use whatever tools fit your workflow. Together, we will create a calendar chock full of options to use organically. 

    You’ll get:

    • A comprehensive audit of the alignment of your online voice + visuals

    • The framework for a nimble 6 month Editorial Calendar, that will arrive to your inbox for immediate implementation within 10 days of the initial meeting.

    • Key themes identified to come back to for consistent storytelling

    • Visual strategy across your platforms

    • Support in sharing your story in writing and in person

    • A monthly check-in to look at SEO and engagement data to see what worked and what needs improvement

    • Email access to Andrea for support

    Time & Money:

    • Initial 1 hour meeting to review the online audit and lay down the foundation for key themes and marketing objectives.

    • 1- 20 minute meeting monthly for 6 months to review what was successful the month before and how you’d like to tweak the next month. 

    • You will be doing the posting/scheduling/writing/content creation, using me as your guide.

    • Total Cost for 6 months of support: $1950
