Week 1: August 18-22
These photo workshops will take place at Nancy’s Yard Art in North Buffalo. We will explore hands on creativity through cyanotypes, building and photographing mini sets, scavenger hunts and more in Nancy’s beautiful backyard full of other young artists!
Week 2: August 25-29
These workshops will meet at Hunt Art Gallery in Downtown Buffalo. Inspired by the city, we will safely explore street photography, make photograms in the CEPA darkroom, learn about photo zines, and look at photographs at the Buffalo Central Library.
*All supplies are included except that each photographer must have access to a smartphone, iPad or a digital camera with a cord that we can pull images off of during the workshop. Scholarships are available and also feel free to let me know if you need help sourcing a camera.
These workshops are at the introductory level, and the activities will be weather dependent, so exact schedules will be created closer to the time of the camp.
